Privacy Policy

KySolution respects the privacy of its on-line visitors and recognizes the importance of providing a secure environment for them. We have adopted an On-Line Privacy Policy that guides how we collect, store and use the information you provide us. It does also apply to off-line collected information. Please note that when you link to other sites from a KySolution website, this Privacy Policy does not apply to, and cannot control the activities on, those other sites.

What kind of information does KySolution collect and how?

KySolution only collects personal information on a voluntarily basis. If an on-line visitor submits information to us, it will usually take the form of either: (1) Sign-in registration forms or (2) Message boards (Contact us form). Personal information collected may include name, home address, phone number, and e-mail address. Off-line we also collect names, e-mails, and telephone numbers. To process a payment for a service KySolution provides, we collect financial information, such as credit card numbers.

If an on-line visitor choose to use a tell-a-friend program on our site, we will ask the e-mail address of the referred friend and automatically send him/her an one-time e-mail inviting him/her to visit our website.

Indirectly, KySolution also collects information of prospective clients of our clients. For our E-mail Marketing service, our customers send us databases with opt-in e-mail addresses of their potential buyers. Eventually, these lists also include names, postal addresses and phone numbers, but it is not usual.

Why does KySolution collect this information?

• To inform about new services, promotions, special events and offers, etc.

• The financial information is used only to process a payment.

• The databases KySolution receive from its customers are only used in our E-mail Marketing service.

Who has access to the information?

Only authorized employees may access to the information. Everyone in our staff is required to adhere to our Privacy Policy and any employee who violates it, is subject to contract termination and other disciplinary measures, up to being criminally prosecuted for their violation.

Does KySolution share (sell) information with (to) other companies?

No, KySolution will NEVER share personal information with any third party. In this point we are very strict, because we know that some of our customers may be or may become competitors. By us, each client has an own account, separated from the others. We promote the healthy competition and the fair play. We also don't sell or rent our mailing list. If for any reason a client does not want to continue doing business with us, his/her account will be deleted and we will not keep a copy of the provided data.

KySolution does not perform or permit transfer of subscribers, that means transfer of personal information of a subscriber from one list to the other or from one client to the other.

KySolution also does not share or sell information generated from a service provided to its clients. For example, the statistics of a marketing campaign (on-line or off-line) made on behalf of its customers, changes in the number of visits in their websites or the answer of the public to any promotional activity, etc. This information will be provided only to the customers, who asked for the service.

What does KySolution think about buying data from third parties?

KySolution does not promote buying e-mail address lists or any other kind of information from third parties. On the contrary, KySolution encourages its clients to build their own mailing lists and that for some very simple reasons:

1. Our company has a “not tolerance to spam” policy. Sending unauthorized e-mails may constitute a violation of the law and harm the images of KySolution and its clients.
2. 1.We believe that the effectiveness of a marketing strategy is higher, when a prospective client has shown a previous interests for a product or a service.

Does KySolution collect information from children?

Definitely not, we do not. We believe protecting personal information about young children is very important, for that reason we encourage parents to review this policy and to contact us if they would like to evoke our opt-out policy or to raise any concern.

How can an on-line visitor stop receiving e-mails from KySolution?

KySolution gives the option of declining any future offers or information about new products, promotions, or services. In addition, the mailings KySolution may send you, have procedures within them to cancel the receipt of any future mailings.

If at any time a person wish to opt-out of receiving information from us (via e-mail or postal mail), he /she may contact us at info@kysolution.com. Very important to us, is to know which publications are no longer wanted and which company is sending them, so we may better address your needs.

Can personal information be changed?
